What is a freddo cappuccino and can it kill me? Because it sure feels like it. The surge of adenine (I think that’s what it is called … who knows? all I know is .. holy moly me oh my). The amount of caffeine in one single sip is probably enough to fuel my body for a whole month. And somehow, miraculously the Greeks drink this like water. It’s as though they come out of the womb with a freddo in hand.

For the answer you’ve been waiting for… a freddo cappuccino is the iced version of a regular cappuccino coffee and it usually has a small amount of cold frothed milk (afrogala in Greek) on top of it. However, the brand of coffee here is mainly Nescafe, so I do not drink coffee here unless it is a 100% Arabica (shade-grown coffee beans). If you are unfamiliar with what I am hinting at, Nestle is a huge producer of waste throughout the environment, and I do not like supporting an unethical organization. Sadly, today Nestle is the largest food company in the world, owning businesses that you may not have even thought that they would support such acts.
